Do you think there is any sin God can not forgive? What happens if you die before you can ask forgiveness? What about people who kill themselves? Is that a sin? Does God forgive them?

Here's what I think, Liz: I don't think our loving Father will *ever*, *ever*, *ever* give up on any one of His children, any more than you would give Elizabeth a snake when she asked for a fish. (Of course, if she *asked* for a snake, that means she's turning out like Tina, but that's another story....) That doesn't mean that repentence, conversion, and a right relationship with God (i.e., "faith") are not necessary for each of us. But I believe God loves each of us unconditionally, lavishly, unbreakably, and will wait till the end of time for Her prodigals to come home if She needs to.

Anyway, that's what I believe.

Captain Obvious answer: We can never know.
I hate speaking into the vacuum of not knowing what or whom you're talking about (I don't want to know, either, but it feels insensitive and removed of me), but I have serious doubts about the forgiveness of suicide. It pretty much runs counter to God's plan for one's life, I'd say. As does any sin. None of us is blameless, but doesn't repentance have to be part of the package? There's obviously not time to repent of that -- unless, perhaps, it was some bodily damage one did and then regretted before one lost consciousness?
So there's my heartless response.
